Cancellation Policy

Classes are limited and fill quickly—advance booking is strongly recommended. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Doors close 5 minutes after class starts to ensure safety and a seamless flow for everyone in the room. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hour in advance of your class time. Any cancellations and missed classes within 12 hours of your class will result in a forfeited session without a refund. Waitlisted clients will be automatically added if space becomes available and will be notified. Once added, you will have 15 minutes to book your class. Standard cancellation policies apply. All memberships and class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to expiration. Our classes are held in a heated environment—hydrate before and after, and move at your own pace. Content & Recording We understand that some clients enjoy capturing moments from class. If you plan to record or take photos, please be mindful of others’ privacy and ensure that anyone who may appear in your content has given their consent. Recording should never disrupt the flow of the class or the experience of those around you.
